2005-11-29 [deeterhi]: yeah, they designed it that way so that whenever you look at the can, you feel good. coca cola makes you feel good. in order to feel good, you must drink coca cola. the face is really a smile. it's a design thing. just like the arrow in the fed ex sign.

2005-12-04 [deeterhi]: the reference photo doesn't have to look exactly like your portrait. i just want to make sure it's the same person. so you can grab any old photo of yourself

I'm actually really glad of the rule, because I'm so fed up of seeing the same work over and over again in contests, and I go to a lot of contests. It puts me off that someone has one drawing and it fits the theme of 50 different contests; which one is it? Is it a fairy or a goddess or a ampire or an incarnation of immortality?! o.O;; Could be just me getting uppity about a small small thing, but I am a small small person with no life :P
